더불어민주당 해남군수 예비후보 명현관 후보가 북일면민의 날 행사에 참석해 주민들과 직접 소통하며 ‘현장 중심 행정’ 의지를 재확인했다.
명 후보는 북일면 일원에서 열린 이날 행사에 참석해 면민들과 인사를 나누고 지역 현안을 청취하는 한편, 주민들의 노고를 격려했다.
특히 농번기를 앞둔 바쁜 시기에도 불구하고 한자리에 모인 주민들에게 감사를 전하며 “북일면의 발전이 곧 해남의 미래를 여는 중요한 축”이라고 강조했다.

그는 이어 “행정은 책상이 아니라 현장에서 완성된다.”며 “주민 한 사람, 한 사람의 목소리를 군정에 반영하는 것이 가장 중요한 책무”라고 밝혔다. 그러면서 ▲면 단위 생활환경 개선 ▲농업 기반 강화 ▲어르신 복지 확대를 핵심 과제로 제시하며 “누구나 살기 좋은 해남을 만들겠다.”고 말했다.

또한 “그동안 쌓아온 행정 경험을 바탕으로 해남의 지속가능한 발전과 군민 삶의 질 향상을 반드시 실현하겠다.”고 덧붙이며 정책 실행력에 대한 자신감도 내비쳤다.

이날 행사는 체육행사와 문화공연 등 다양한 프로그램으로 진행되며 면민 간 화합과 결속을 다지는 자리로 이어졌다.
명 후보는 행사 전반에 참여하며 주민들과 자연스럽게 어울리고, 현장에서 다양한 의견을 청취하며 지역 발전 방향에 대한 공감대를 넓혔다.

한편 명현관 후보는 향후에도 각 읍·면을 순회하는 현장 행보를 이어가며 군민과의 접점을 확대하고, 실질적인 정책 발굴에 나설 계획이다.

Myung Hyun-kwan, a preliminary candidate for Haenam County Governor from the Democratic Party of Korea, attended the Bukil-myeon Residents’ Day event, reaffirming his commitment to “field-centered administration” through direct communication with local residents.
At the event held in Bukil-myeon, Myung greeted residents, listened to local issues, and expressed appreciation for their hard work. Despite the busy period ahead of the farming season, he thanked residents for gathering together and emphasized that “the development of Bukil-myeon is a key pillar in shaping Haenam’s future.”
He added, “Administration is not completed at a desk, but in the field,” stressing that “reflecting the voices of each and every resident in county governance is the most important responsibility.” He outlined key policy priorities, including improving living conditions at the township level, strengthening the agricultural foundation, and expanding welfare for the elderly, stating, “We will create a Haenam where everyone can live well.”
Myung also expressed confidence in his ability to execute policies, saying, “Based on my accumulated administrative experience, I will ensure sustainable development in Haenam and improve the quality of life for its residents.”
The event featured various programs such as sports activities and cultural performances, fostering unity and solidarity among residents. Myung participated throughout the event, engaging naturally with attendees and exchanging views on regional development.
